Deneb Investments Limited is a major JSE-listed holding company with diverse operations spanning property, manufacturing, and branded product distribution. The existing corporate platform was bogged down by complex subsidiary directories and bloated PDF downloads of annual integrated reports, creating severe bottlenecks for institutional investors and regulatory compliance crawls.
Our objective was to engineer a fast corporate platform that dynamically indexes their vast subsidiary network while delivering high-speed document access for financial reports.
02 // Our Engineering Footprint
Bento-Structured Directory: We mapped Deneb’s extensive operational sectors—including automotive, property, and chemical clusters—into an interactive, responsive bento-grid interface.
Asynchronous Asset Engine: We separated heavy annual report PDFs and SENS announcements into an optimized static-asset subdirectory managed directly on the edge network. This allows instant, lag-free document viewing on mobile devices without putting load on the primary server.
Clean CSS Corporate Aesthetic: We used minimal inline custom layouts that maintain a sleek, institutional corporate feel without relying on bloated, heavy styling sheets.
