This alleviates the necessity for you to drive all the way to a shopping mall or a PC repair shop and book in your PC for an unspecified amount of days if it’s just a simple problem that can be fixed in an hour or two.
Overview
We provide an IT service at PC level by sending an IT computer technician to your home or business premises. Such a technician will take care of typical computer errors like fixing your printer, your screen not displaying correctly, your Internet/Email connection or maybe your Facebook log-in not working anymore.
Call Out Rates
- Call Out Fee – R199
(includes 1st hour – within 15km radius from Milnerton – any distance over 15km @ R2.50km)
- Business Hours Rate – R150/hour (calculated after the 1st hour has elapsed)
- After Hours Rate – R300/hour (calculated after the 1st hour has elapsed)
- Remote and Telephonic Support – Currently under consideration
ADSL & 3G Problems
Very often it is a nightmare to call help desk support staff when your Internet goes down. We will assist you with that, whether it’s a local problem on you computer or a problem with your Internet Service Provider.
Hardware problems
Should our on-site technician find that there is a physical problem or damage to you PC desktop or laptop components or accessories, we have a dedicated workshop with qualified technicians whom we outsource all hardware repairs to.
Smartphones & Tablets
Unfortunately the cellphone stores tend to not really assist consumers with their smartphones or tablets. We can also assist you, at your home or business, to get you going on your brand new device or help with fixing problems on your current device.
